Click this here hyperlink to start your adventure.</p><p>Original story follows…</p><p>Coming at you all the way from 1992, Square Enix is bringing Dragon Quest V to iOS tonight.</p><p>This time you'll be following a boy as he is born, grows up, and eventually continues his father's quest to find the Legendary Hero.</p><p>One of the features that makes Dragon Quest V stand out is its monster befriending system. Rather than just fight enemies you can become pals and learn new spells and abilities.</p><p>It's a concept that has since been continued in Pokémon, Digimon, and all the rest of the monster-catching stories.</p><p>It's also credited as being among the first games to have a "playable pregnancy."</p><p>Other than that, it's an epic quest that spans 30 years, so there's plenty to do and take in. Expect turn-based battling, lots of character to meet, and plenty of items and armour to collect and upgrade.</p><p>You should be able to purchase Dragon Quest V for £10.99 / $14.99 when it hits the UK and US App Stores at midnight.</p>...

<p>A couple of days ago Amazon.com listed 2D sandbox-crafter Terraria for 3DS. It even has a price of $29.99 and a release date of October 31st.</p><p>But Amazon has upcoming listings for games such as this one quite often and they sometimes turn out to be wrong. Except this time it isn't.</p><p>Over in the official Terraria forums, Re-Logic lead developer Cenx confirmed that the game would be heading to Nintendo platforms.</p><p>"Terraria is indeed coming to Wii U and 3DS," she wrote.</p><p>This news isn't too much of a surprise considering that Terraria is already available on PC, mobile, and most other consoles, but it's a good to hear at least.</p><p>What hasn't been confirmed yet is the price and release date that Amazon listed. So hold fire on getting excited about those details for now.</p><p>We gave Terraria a Bronze Award in our review of the mobile version, saying that its "mix of creative crafting and endless exploration will keep you rapt for weeks."</p><p>We weren't so enthused by its wonky touchscreen controls and lack of multiplayer. But these criticisms will hopefully not apply to the 3DS version.</p>Destructoid...
