Tom Holt can crochet beautifully, but he can't make a living for his family. He never seems to be able to get up early enough to do any work, but I notice he can always get up early to go fishing. 4、
Having already had great success with its other seafaring strategy series Pirates of the Caribbean: Tides of War, developer JoyCity is bringing players to a modern time and setting with its latest release Gunship Battle: Total Warfare. Here we take an in-depth look at what’s in store.

Gunship Battle: Total Warfare sets you the task of becoming a respected admiral on the brink of nuclear war, providing you with all the tools needed to build, manage, and battle on the high seas. It’s an MMO first and foremost, so the core gameplay experience involves you battling it out with other players in very tense real time battles.

The story – which can be played alongside friends in co-op – sees you control a wide selection of vehicles on land, sea, and air, all amidst a worldwide conflict. Jets, tank units, and vessels can all be researched and developed on your mission to prevent global annihilation, offering plenty of variety in how you approach each battle.

All of Gunship Battle: Total Warfare’s tactical battles are depicted using full 3D visuals, with each vehicle touting its own unique design model. Players can even take this one step further and camouflage your ships with strategic designs and patterns – all thanks to the game’s added customisation options, which makes sea bouts more personal.

Speaking of making things personal, Gunship Battle: Total Warfare - like all good MMO's - also features an alliance system, where players can band together by joining an alliance and assembling an unstoppable force.

For those just starting out in the game our advice would be to target the closest and lowest level ships known as Armada Warders. These operate as the hub of the various enemy fleets surrounding you, placed in different zones depending on level.

Taking down Armada Warders of a certain level will see you receive victory rewards, which will then allow you to auto battle other Armada Warders of the same level. From there on out, you can concentrate on building up your strength and strategy towards ships of a higher level. Be successful, and you’ll also obtain admiral XP, resources, equipment materials, and memory chip boxes.

-
It's a very good week to be a Vita owner as a slew of great games have just been released on Sony's handheld.

It's even better if you're a PS Plus member, as you can get a bunch of these new games for free (and some older greats, too).

In fact, there are so many new releases this week that we need a list to get through them all. You'll find the games, a brief description, links to our previous coverage, and prices below.

Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair (£34.99 / €39.99 / AU$54.95)

You and your fellow students are part of a life-or-death trial held by the murderous teddy bear, Monokuma. As with the Silver Award-winning Trigger Happy Havoc, you'll be investigating a mystery and debating with your students in equal measure.

Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited (£34.99 / €39.99 / AU$54.95)

It's been out in America for about a month but Europe has just got this colourful Silver Award-winning SRPG. In our review of Disgaea 4, we said: "Addictive and satisfying, Disgaea 4 is an amazing game if you're willing to commit a lot of time to it".

Don't Starve: Giant Edition (£11.49 / €13.99 / AU$20.95)

An indie survival game set in a strange, gothic world. The Giant Edition includes the Reign of Giants expansion pack, which features new playable characters, year-round starvation, extra biomes, and another save slot.

Joe Danger (£6.49 / €7.99 / AU$11.95)

A double pack of the Gold Award-winning Joe Danger and Joe Danger 2: The Movie. It's the same stunt driving sidescrolling racing game except Atoi and Iota from LittleBigPlanet are extra playable characters.

Velocity 2X (£12.99 / €15.99 / AU$23.95)

Part shoot-'em-up, part action platformer, Velocity 2X has you using the series's signature teledash to whip through levels on-foot and in a spaceship. It's stylish, fast-paced, and comes with an (optional) engrossing sci-fi story.

The Walking Dead: Season 2, Ep. 5, No Going Back (£3.99 / €4.99 / AU$7.55)

The finale of Season 2 of Telltale's The Walking Dead series is now available on Vita. No spoilers here, but there are plenty in our review.

In which, we said: "'No Going Back' rounds off a season that was second in both senses, but it contains some powerful moments while laying the foundations for a gut-wrenching third season".
